OPEN WATER This is Padi’s entry level course. Once certified you will be qualified to dive to a depth of 18m. The course comprises all theory, pool and open water lessons. ADVANCED OPEN WATER The Advanced Open Water Course be undertaken by open water divers who wish to widen their diving experience. The course introduces skills such as navigation and deep diving to the student. RESCUE DIVER This course concentrates on not just rescue skills but the management of an emergency situation. This course can be undertaken by advanced open water divers. DIVE MASTER This course is aimed at the experiences rescue diver. This is the 1st level of thePadi instructor program where diver rescue and general diving skills are checked and enhanced. OCEAN DIVER Comprehensive entry level course comprising classroom, sheltered water (swimming pool) and open water lessons. It will allow the successful candidates to dive 20 metres with another ocean diver or dive of higher qualification. SPORTS DIVER This is the next step in your diver training which adds further rescue and dive organisation skills. It allows the successful candidate to extend their depth to 35 metres giving them a greater choice of dive sites. With this qualification you can also start on the dive instruction route with the BSAC. DIVE LEADER A Dive Leader qualification ensures the diver has been trained to organise and plan dives of a more adventurous type initially to a depth of 35m but progressing down to 50m Dive Leaders. ADVANCED DIVER As an advanced diver you will have the training and extensive experience to organise adventurous dives to unfamiliar locations using and techniques and being familiar with the technology that could be used.
